Table grape is the main product of “Dr. Franco Pignataro srl”. VICTORIA: White table grape, it is very early ripening and very productive. The bunch and the berries are very attractive. This variety transports well and after ripening bunches can remain on the vine for a long period.

Harvest time: July to September

Bunch: medium to large in size, cylindrical-conical with shoulder, moderately compact, average weight 600-800 gr.

Berry: medium to large (6,6 gr), ovoid or elliptical shaped, very strong, golden and with a neutral flavour. Maturity: 15-17° brix.









ITALIA:This variety is the most popular on the market thanks to its beautiful bunches, its tasty, crisp berries and its easy transportation and conservation.

Bunch: large, conical-pyramidal with shoulder and nearly free of undeveloped berries. Bunch average weight 600-700 gr.

Berry
: large to very large, golden-yellow or yellow-amber, spherical-ellipsoidal shaped. The skin is medium thick with bloom. The flesh is crisp and juicy and it has a pleasant sweet Muscat flavour. Maturity: 15-16° brix
 

 










PALIERI
: Red table grape which stores well and it is good for transportation. Its market popularity is due to its appearance and its particular flavour.

Harvest time: late August to November

Bunch: large, cylindrical-pyramidal with shoulder, rather straggly, with an average weight of 700-800 gr.

Berry: large, oval, with medium thick, tough skin, purple-black coloured , with sweet, juicy, firm, crispy flesh. Maturity: 16-17° brix. 













PIZZUTELLO BIANCA
: White table grape with excellent quality features, very good maintenance on the vine. The grape has a very good storage potential and transports as well.


Harvest time: late August to November

Bunch: medium-sized, cylindrical-pyramidal, with an average weight of 300-400 gr.


Berry: large, oval, an light half-moon shape with medium thick, tough skin, green-yellow or gold yellow coloured , with sweet, juicy, firm, crispy flesh. Maturity: 16-17° brix








 



RED GLOBE: Red-purple table grape. Its market popularity is due to its appearance and its particular flavour. Easy to transport.

Harvest time: late September to December

Bunch: very large with an average weight of 700-800 gr, conical-pyramidal with 1 or 2 shoulders, moderately loose.

Berry: large, spherical shaped with an average weight of 9-10 gr, it has 1 or 2 seeds per berry. Maturity: 14° brix
.













  SEEDLESS TABLE GRAPES 

SUGRAONE (Superior seedless): ) It is one of the best table grape varieties thanks to its quality and to its production: it is an early-ripening variety and its market popularity is due to its organoleptic qualities and its good appearance.

Disponibilità: da fine Luglio a metà Settembre.

Bunch: medium-sized, conical, moderately compact, with an average weight of 300-500 gr.

Berry: ovoid, small to medium (mm 20-22), golden, with meaty flesh and a sweet flavour. Maturity: 16-17° brix 
 













THOMPSON SEEDLESS: White seedless table grapes, it is excellent both for eating and for juicing.

Harvest time: August to October.

   Bunch: medium to large, conic-cylindrical, quite compact, with shoulders and with an average weight of 350-450 gr.

Berry: Medium to small, ovoid. Its flesh is crispy and sweet, the gold skin is thin but strong.



 

 

 


 

 


CRIMSON SEEDLESS: Reddish purple table grape. Its market popularity is due to its good organoleptic qualities and its good appearance. It has a good storage potential and transports well.

Harvest time: September to December.

Bunch: medium to large with an average weight of 500-600 gr. Pyramidal and loose.

Berry: elongated in size, deep red, firm and meaty flesh with excellent taste qualities.  

 













APULIA ROSE SEEDLESS: Dark red table grapes. This variety was born in Apulia thanks to a research. It is very rich in nutritional and antioxidant properties. A late-ripening variety, it transports well and can be cool stored for long periods.


Bunch: medium to large, conic-cylindrical, loose.

Berry: Medium, spherical in shape. Its dark red flesh is crispy and sweet.  









AUTUMN ROYAL SEEDLESS
: This variety is very popular and appreciate for eating fresh.

Harvest time: September to late November

Bunch: very attractive, moderately compact, cylindrical-conic in shape, with 2-3 shoulders and with an average weight of 300-500 gr.

Berry: seedless or with unnoticeable seeds in eating. Ovoid in shape, its skin is blue-red and its pulp is neutral in colour.





 

 


CENTENNIAL SEEDLESS: White table grapes from California.

Bunch: quite large, conical cylindrical, with shoulder, loose, herbaceous peduncle.

Berry: medium in size and elongated; neutral, sweet flavour; with a deep golden skin and meaty, seedless flesh.

BIG PERLON: Black table grape, very productive. It is popular thanks to its attractive bunch.

Bunch: large with an average weight of 800 gr. Conical-pyramidal, moderately compact.

Berry: medium to large, cylindrical in shape, its flesh is sweet and the skin is black-purple with bloom. 
















MELISSA:
White table grapes, very productive, popular for its good appearance and its very big berries. Its bunches can remain on the vine for a long period after ripening and they have a good conservation.

Harvest time: from late August



Bunch: medium to large, conical in shape, moderately compact.

Berry: large, cylindrical-elliptic in shape, its flesh is crispy and with an aromatic flavour. Its skin is green-yellow.
